To sell a poor quality meal for $100, get a sim with exactly level 5 Gourmet Cooking skill (no higher), and get them as Uncomfortable as possible. Make sure no buffs will boost the quality of the food. With a cheap fridge and a cheap counter, make a plate of Salmon Nigiri. Sell at 300% Markup.
