Nifty Knitting Tips

  • When trying to Knit Legendary quality items for the Lord/Lady of the Knits Aspiration, keep the following in mind:
    • It matters what your Sim's mood is at the moment you queue up the action. Don't queue it up until they are in a Very Inspired state.
    • Keep your Sim as high in Very Inspired as you can, and if they fall out of that mood, pause knitting. The higher the better.
    • Keep all their needs high throughout knitting, and if they decrease, pause knitting.
    • Fix any negative moodlets like Uncomfortable or Bored as soon as they come up.
    • The Creative Visionary Trait helps get the quality of the knitting higher.
    • Having inventory wool in your recipe, especially Excellent quality wool, helps increase the quality.
